Has anybody else experienced this? Does any know why this might happen? Thanks Adam
Guest guest
Hi Rosie, Did Dr M give a reason for the preference for Niacinamide? As I understand it, it doesn't cause the flushing as Niacin does, but (and I may have got the wrong end of the stick...) it doesn't open up the small blood vessels in the way Niacin does, which I thought was the reason for taking it - to enable the body to heal because parts of the body that may be suffering from reduced blood supply would get better " service " of blood.
