If you haven't had dairy in a year, reduce the amout and take it more slowly

so your gut has a chance to adjust.

Just one approach... sometimes this eager beaver gets a belly ache, too.

Time for some bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) to calm things down.

Hi Katrina,

Yikes, I'm in trouble, now...2 new Katrinas on the list! (I'll get to Immunopro

in a minute).

The other one signs her name " Kat " .

I had not read your posts before and guess what unnerved me? I am Katrina from

California also! Eerie, eh? I thought someone was impersonating me lol. Cause

I've been the only " Katrina " here for years. (Til the monstor storm, of course).

Let's back channel and compare notes, OK? :)

About the Immunopro...I began it several years ago. I did herx (flu-ish), and

can't remember what else. But bloating might be one.

I had to stay soooo low for a looong time. I began at 1/8 teaspoon for some

time, then waaay slowly, ramped up til I finally got to 2 scoops...remained there

ever since.

It seems I recall there are a few acceptable things you can do...so, I would

suggest calling WellWisdom...they're very friendly...and run this past them. IP

is very fragile, so you have to be sure it won't get disturbed by what you do.

So, back channel me, OK?

Katrina Katrina Katrina

Look out, the Katrinas are coming! (Saw a couple on another list too) How many

more of you are there ???

No - it doent contain lactoferrin and no artificial crap.

Biotics Whey Protein Isolate - to add flavour add some berries and mix :)

ps.I took lactoferrin seperately to get the most out of it.

***RenewPro and ImmunePro are essentially the same product and made by the same

company called Well Wisdom in San Diego, CA.

***RenewPro is the more user friendly(mixability and taste) upgrade to

ImmunePro. The head of Well Wisdom

told me over the phone that he anticipates phasing out ImmunePro completely as

RenewPro gains favorability in the market place.

***BTW, I don't have any financial connection or otherwise to Well Wisdom other

than I purchase their product from needs.com. I simply recognize the trouble

low glutathione and glutathione metabolism is for many PWCs like myself and I

appreciate the benefits I've received thus far from RenewPro use.

Thanks for this clarification. I'll check out the Renewpro. I didn't

for a minute think you were hawking the product :-)

CS,

You mean something similar to Renewpro? Sure, why not.

Please call him back and ask him not to do it! I take RenewPro myself,

but people like my daughter--who depend on ImmunePro--will be up the

creek if they can't get it. It is so sweet that it would cause severe

hypoglycemia.

A person I talked to at that company assured me that they would never

phase out ImmunePro.

Sue-

Are you saying that RenewPro has sugar in it? If so, I wouldn't

be able to take it and I know that many of us are on low/no sugar

diets.

***That's impossible! RenewPro has NOT a single type of sugar or glucose added

to it. Well Wisdom uses something called " lo han guo " to produce a very mild

sweet taste in it, quite the opposite to what you're describing.

***Because of this, RenewPro has a zero glycemic index rating as part of its

design. I think they're wanting to attract those with Diabetes type I & II

among other population groups to using it as I recall.

***Maybe you're confusing some other company and product? I see no need for a

call!

It says it contains a very small amount of lactose, but that's it's below the

level which should cause problems for people who are lactose intolerant. But,

they say if it bothers you, you can take a lactose digestive enzyme. So I

started taking Lactaid with it yesterday and it totally helped.
