Ellen It is widely used in parts of the Autism community, so that's another place to ask questions. I've eaten coconut oil for years and Lauricidin's been on my list of things to try, sometimes, as budget provides.... mjh " The Basil Book " http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/
Guest guest
I've used monolaurin before as it comes encapsulated by Ecological Formulas, so I thought I'd buy it in bulk from the Lauricidin people. I just received a jar of it. The pellets appear to me to be profoundly indigestible: they will not dissolve in water or oil, or melt at body temperature, or break down with exposure to lipase enzyme. I tried melting them into coconut oil, and it required a surprising amount of time and heat. This is all of concern to me because my absorption is not the best. Does anyone know how absorbable these pellets are? Thanks, Ellen

Guest guest
When i take took it you can feel a noticeable difference - ie the fogginess clearing. If you want to save money - you may be better of just with coconut oil - I can take coconut oil daily with no problems and I have cleared the candida and my digestive system has come back on line by including MANUKA honey also.
