Guest guest
Does anyone know if there's a sublingual b-12 product out there with no sweetners or other additives? I'm fighting a long-standing candida problem and I'd like to avoid fructose and other sweetners, especially in a sublingual form which needs time to dissolve in the mouth. I would hope there would be a plain ol' b-12 out there for folks not concerned about their pills tasting like candy... Thanks, Dan
Guest guest
Hi Dan, > Does anyone know if there's a sublingual b-12 product out there with > no sweetners or other > additives? We wondered the same thing, so we bought two brands, both from iHerb: *Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 1000. It doesn't dissolve well under the tongue and is very sweet--has xylitol, lemon flavor, citric acid, stearic acid and magnesium stearate. Instructions say to dissolve under the tongue or chew. We won't order this one again. * Natural Factors Methylcobalamin, 90 sublingual tablets, 1000 mcg. This one is smaller, dissolves well under the tongue, and is not as sweet. Ingredients: Lactose, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate. We've re-ordered this one. Sue , Upstate New York
