Guest guest
Thanks Gail -- very interesting. Hadn't heard the C/glutathione connection before, but it I guess is just another example of the amazing interactions between various vitamins and other compounds. Whenever someone (not you!) says " oh, vitamin c is completely safe -- your body will just dump what it doesn't need " , just isn't educated on these interactions. Please thank your friend for me -- and I guess that means I better start the undenatured whey -- build up my gluthione. I've shyed away from the liver cleanes -- I think I'm too weak for that right now. Thanks too for your info on the magnesium. Again, I strongly recommend the Alfred Blasi site for more info on his electrolyte formula. Dan > > Hi Dan, Replies below. > > > > I'm curious about your mag dosages. It's much easier on the liver and gentle to do. Also, milk thistle or even just drinking lemon water will help the liver. I also agree if one is too weak don't do the cleanse. IMO sometimes it's better to build before trying to handle the liver cleanse. And when you do feel strong enough to give it a try remember you can drink water anytime you want. says not to after 2:00 p.m., but I've found drinking the water helps make the cleanse much easier to do. Guest guest
Hi Gail, I totally agree -- doing a cleanse can be dangerous if one is too weak, therefore it's better to build up, before doing anything too extreme. I admire for bringing parasites, etc., to our attention, but I find her waaay off the wall -- very extreme -- when it comes to some of her suggestions -- like using LYE instead of soap, just as one example. I was desperate enough though a few years back to order her Zapper, but after a few days of use my nose started bleeding at the oddest times. I soon found out that even herself admitted that it can cause coagulation problems, and many AIDS patients and some CFIDS patients had worsened while using the zapper. Perhaps if she hadn't been so extreme, some of her more realistic concerns would've been taken seriously. thanks Gail, d. > > > > I've > > shyed away from the liver cleanes -- I think I'm too weak for that > > right now. > ================== > Dan, you can do the castor oil packs.
