Hello Nil,

I have tried NDF- just one bottle. The first one week I could not

tolerate even 3 drops. I got very sick(more foggy, tired). After a

couple of week of slowly increasing the dose, I was able to go up to

6 drops per day. I used up only one bottle. I tried this 7 months ago.

I cannot gauge its efficiency because I only used up one bottle.

Thanks for your answer.You said 6 drops per day. Was that 2 times 6

drops per day or 2 times 3 drops per day?Or only once a day?It is

advised to be used twice a day but i can only use it once a day. I am

trying to find out if that is okay. I tried 2 drops per day so far.

Had some head ache with 2 drops.

Hello Nil,

I took the 6 drops in one dosage.

When I started out, I did 2 drops a day for 2 days and i felt very

very worse with more.. fogginess. But in 10 days I was able to do 4

drops a day and in 30 days 6 drops a day.

Do it slow. If you can tolerate only 2 drops a day, then dont

increase your dose.

Try to avoid chlorine when you do this. I read in a lot of emails in

metal list and in NDF website that chlorine needs to be avoided.

forgot why they said that.

Also I was not taking any supplements for 2 hours after taking the

NDF, drank a lot of distilled water until the first urine output.

After that I started my supplements for the day. So for all these

reasons I decided to do it once per day.
