Guest guest Posted May 28, 2004 Report Posted May 28, 2004 Yep, we all have a lot learn. Zadaxin would be a much safer way to reduce autoimmune inflamation than steroids. The balancing act between infection of any kind and steriods is a tough balance. I think the steroids may be like the old fashioned blood letting. Sometimes the patient managed to live in spite of the treatment. As to , he has been tested for pathogens and infected with at least one - I forget. I don't argue with much as he is usually right and it is embarrassing to find I didn't get it. a What about our idea regarding dexamethasone for 5 days to " reboot " immune system? How about suppressing immune system for 5 days with dex and then hitting it with abx at end of 5 days? There's always more tricks up my sleeve which is why I do not give up hope. I do wonder what effect Benicar has on borellia, like if it makes borellia more likely to go into cyst form to hide out since conditions might be considered unfavorable for the spirochete form, which is why it turns to cyst in the first place. We have a lot to learn. Subject: canary concept, etiology and lyme - You did not fail to express yourself adequately. It is your misperception as such. You told me clearly that you never said mold is not the cause. But you do seem to put so much emphasis on mold alone and ignore other things which might be able to afford you to ignore mold in the future and not be so reactive to it, but I have seen you have been more open to bacteria ideas even though you have never gone for testing, so that is good. I only suggest Shoe is wrong, not you, when he thinks mold alone is my problem. Quote
