Thanks Penny for taking teh time to organize the emails and post it

here.

Are you going to take up the test that Marshall mentions or are you

planning on taking Benicar rightaway?

Thanks,

Gayathri.

Yes, I'm planning on getting the testing done myself as well as have

my daughter tested. I'm curious to see whether my D levels will be

high. I'll be surprised, but not at all surprised if my daughter's

are high. She can't tolerate sunlight at all, and also sweats

profusely with physical exertion. I'm just the opposite, but doesn't

mean that I " m not having a D synthesis problem. Apparently, even

Sarcoidosis patients have a large range of results in the testing.

They're just fortunate that they have some kind of marker in their

illness. Whether it's the case with me or not, it will be good to

have the reference point.

What were the blood tests that you did and which lab did you use?

Thanks,

Gayathri.

Go to sarcinfo.com and you'll find all the instructions for the

testing for the various labs. There are two tests for the Ds and

another one for ACE, which I forgot to get done. Too rushed. I may

have to have more testing done, having trouble downloading off the

site without crashing the internet.

I've taken one whole pill so far. Nothing negative even though I've

normally got very low blood pressure. Feeling slightly good

actually. I'm going to back off the the minocin I'm already taking,

for a few days to reduce the herx, see how I do with the Benicar,

then start introducing the Minocin back in. Keeping my fingers

crossed for all of us.
