I would describe the urine smell as pungent, like ammonia, but also warm and aromatic, like asparagus or burnt cakes. It seems to accompany detoxification using any of a number of agents, most notably ALA and guaifenesin, but whether it includes ammonia no-one to my knowledge has established. For me it was not related to any particular supplement that I could see. If you do a search of the archives you will find other discussions on the smell topic from other people. Sorry to hear about the Samento and migraines. I read your posts with interest and am always eager to hear how other people are getting on with treatments in the UK. Some benefits are to be seen and many of the side effects are well documented, the commonest being headaches, dizziness, stiff joints and drowsiness. These do improve with use.
