Guest guest
Trish, that's great to hear. WHat did you do for the rash? What kind of detox. I am planning a colema and a liver flush this week in preparation for the long- awaited arrival of my sauna. I sure hope it gets here on time. Anyway, I am not too fond of the idea of anything going up my rear end, so I have put off a colema for months now. Can you post here what your detox is? Thx! Guest guest
> WHat did you do for the rash? 1) High dose Protease (350,000+ HUT) every 3 hours even at night. Diminishes/eliminates the itching in about 15 minutes. I buy " pure " protease from Saul or use Garden of Life Omega-Zyme, which includes a high dose of it in their enzyme blend. 2) Band-Aid brand Anti-Itch Gel (formerly Rhuli-Gel) applied topically as needed. Cool-burns for about 20 seconds then numbs the itching within a minute. Keeps me " sane " until the protease kicks in. 3) Cold showers. Usually the first thing I do especially when the itching wakes me out of a dead sleep and I want it to stop NOW. Other people prefer alternating hot & cold showers, but I can't tolerate any heat. > What kind of detox. The " big 2 " at-home things are liver flushes (HIGHLY recommended by Saul) and coffee enemas. The glutathione IVs I get as part of the phospholipid exchange are also helpful. Did a series of 4 colon cleanses at a clinic before I began - very good. Have also done (still do) herbal parasite cleanses, castor oil packs, and detox teas. Of course, I try to prevent adding to the problem by focusing on an organic diet, eliminating chemicals from my life, etc.
Guest guest
P.S. Saul's book " The Owner's Manual for the Human Body " has other detox ideas too. He will send it to you along w/ your equipment, assuming you purchased from him. A copy of it is also in the Files section of his group (I think). Guest guest
Yes, thanx Trish. I must do the home colemas, I must get over this mental block. ANd liver flushes. Protease makes me SOOOO hungry and want carbs and that's bad for lyme and candida...I end up eating too much stuff that isn't healthy for me. SO you are doing ozone AND Kane's protocol? You are doing exactly what I plan to do! Except I also have a mhbot chamber.
Guest guest
Can't do HBOT -- SEVERE inner ear damage, can't take any pressure. Unbelievable pain!!! The colon stuff is not so awful. I put it off for a LONG time. Finally joked my way thru by calling it " the final frontier. " Somehow that made it work for me. Once I got over my mental block, turned out that the colon modalities were WAY easier for me than the liver flushes. Still hate doing those. Yes, I'm doing Kane AND Ozone. Just got back the BodyBio test results (Kane) and I'm fascinated by how comprehensive they are. So many markers -- and so many of my levels were high or low!! Would be interested to hear from others who have taken the test AND are doing the phospholipid protocol. Wonder about the correlation between those seeing improvement (or not) & the test results? Protease doesn't make me hungry. My test results showed very low protein, despite how much protein I eat. Are these related? Just guessing (and rambling). --- " jill1313 " <jenbooks13@h...> wrote: > Yes, thanx Trish. I must do the home colemas, I must get over this > mental block.
