Hi all, someone asked me (I'm sorry I can't find original post to see

who...) how to contact Head and NEck Diagnostics. The lab is run by Dr.

Jerry Bouqout, it runs oral pathologies for my dentist. Dr. Bouqout has

written some early and important work on osteomylitis and necrosis in the

jaw due to rootcanals. Lab is Head and Neck Diagnostics of America/P.O. Box

989/ town/ VA. Phone is 1 800 556 1942. These biopies are usually

covered my medical, not dental insurance.
