Guest guest
Hi Devin and everyone, Could it be that my son's distended stomach is disappearing since he's been on the enzymes? I never would have thought to call it that until recently, when I read a post from another parent noting the same improvement. I realized that, no, my 6 year old was not getting fat. He looks slim and trim to me now, whereas before, he was looking bloated - almost like he was arching his back and stick is stomach way out. Has anyone else out there noticed this? Right now we're up to 2 Pep and 2 Z at each meal, and I'd like to try to figure out what to attribute this too, and possibly cut back to the minimum necessary dosage - after all, the enzymes are not cheap. Would you suggest cutting back on something? Also, I ran into a friend with an autistic son who had never heard of enzymes products, but whose son is taking glutamine. Why would that have been suggested or prescribed in isolation? By the way, after several weeks, and up to 4 capsules per meal, we are still not noticing any real behavioral improvements - i.e. socializing better, reduced tantrums, etc. that others have reported. We will definitely be looking into other interventions such as chelation and possible allergy shots (as a result of various urine tests, hair analysis, ELISA food test, skin tests, etc.) Thanks in advance for your help.
