Guest guest Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 Well he began taking the magnesium several days ago.After day 1 he had a spasm in the middle of the night but said he was able to go back to sleep.This doesnt happen ever! Well he has kept taking it and no spasms.MAYBE its just coincidence or maybe there is a catch to it helping BUT NO SPASMS SINCE. We will keep taking it and see how things go.I will keep ya posted.
