Hi Zoran - you should definately see your GI doc about getting a barium

swallow and scope done to see what's going on. It's not uncommon for

the LES to tighten again over time, even after the surgery. I'd also

recommend having your gallbladder checked. I had gall bladder attacks

for years that involved vomiting and retching and also some chills.

They can check for stones with an ultrasound and determine what to do

from there.
