I have never met anybody from Australia with achalasia, so I am

guessing that there are no meet ups. I have been surfing this site

for about 2.5 years and only recall speaking to 2 Australians over

the internet.

Hi Biljana

I read on a website that Achalasia affects 5 per 100,000; which would

mean there are 1,000 people affected in Australia - so many people

would not be aware of this great site.
