Guest guest Posted August 23, 2006 Report Share Posted August 23, 2006 When i had my meeting with Dr Richter He said NO way can you reconstruct the "E" Never heard of it Never was it done NOW My concern How can Dr Richter have such a different opinion then Dr Dempsey ???????
