I whole-heartedly agree thatstress can be a contributing factor; and that we couldsave some time on worthless remedies and really be aforce for the positive aspects, if we put our headstogether, but I was met with some fairly insultingcomments, so now I rarely add anything. Marg, Please do not let this happen to you. Everyone has a lot to contribute on this Board with their experiences, knowledge and support and it is probably the kindest and most sensitive people who are put off by comments from others. Ride it out. I do not know which comments you are referring to specifically but there are two points to consider - firstly that this way of communicating can sometimes be ambiguous, as we have no real way of conveying our

tone of voice as we post. Because of this, misunderstandings can occur. And secondly, in a group of this size we will inevitably get some who are negative, bitter, rude, just add your own adjectives. But most of us are caring and easy-going and willing to learn. Don't let a minority take away your thoughts and ideas from us. With love from Ann in England XX
