Guest guest
Hi Nate and Phil, Some people don't have spasms until after a procedure. I compare them to a charley horse in your foot. There are those few seconds before they start that you feel like you can stop it if you move just right, but doesn't really stop them. Some people feel antidepressants are a good preventative and have good side effects. I didn't have spasms until after a dialation, then I controlled them with gulps of water successfully. Many others like popsicles. After surgery they are often much stronger, but harder to control, then taper off quickly, until they are once a month or less. Everyone is different. Sandy in So Cal....actually I'm working hard, that is why I'm at the computer boring you w/ posts.
