Guest guest
-Honey can have many uses. I agree it is good to be in your diet. Any honey is natural, it doesn't have preservitives either. I used to help my father with bee farming and we used it on our bites and wounds when we were working in the honey house. They are only now starting to use it in medications as a substitute to antibiotics. Just my 2 cents. -- In achalasia , " lilac_blossom_lady " <lilac_blossom_lady@y...> wrote: > > > Dear Sandi, > > Have you tried substituting honey instead of sugar? There is a particular variety from New Zealand called Manuka Honey. It's more expensive, but is reputed to have good healing qualities and might be beneficial for your ulcer. I eat quite a lot of various types of honey, finding it very soothing (and I have a REALLY sweet tooth in food, bit naughty ! ) > > To Deborah, > > You REALLY are risking it aren't you honey bun? You are going to get everyone shouting at you again if you don't behave yourself !!!! I think, to be frank, that your age plays a part in your decisions, inasmuch as some of the people in the Group are very young and have many years to contend with stretching and other progressions. I hope you understand my point. In my own experience, this is a condition which can be dealt with for a certain (long) length of time without surgical intervention. > > You are an inspiration to us and I wish you the Best of Health in 2006. > > Love to you all from Ann in England xxxxxx >
