Guest guest
I'm pretty pleased to see a few of the group talking about utilizing the Chat Room. Personally, I know I'd love to be able to ask questions " one on one " , because some of my questions seem too trivial to bring up in the Forum format. (Just a reminder to everyone: If a time -- and day of the week -- is going to be designated for Chat Room " get togethers " , it'll be important to specify the hour relevant to time zones.) I think it would be great to " talk " to you all some time! Instead of asking more questions in this posting, I'd like to share something... Recently, people have been discussing the onset of their achalasia symptoms. (If I do indeed have A...) I am another person whose symptoms began very suddenly. I remember it well because I was just about to depart on my first " dream vacation " (to Costa Rica), and about two days before I left, when I woke up one morning, my throat felt really strange. I couldn't identify the feeling at all (and I still have a hard time explaining it to others). You know, when I'm not frustrated (or even horrified) by this strange disease, I find myself being fascinated by its diversity. All of you are doing a wonderful job of educating (and supporting) those who are seeking help. Once again, with all my heart, thank you.
