Guest guest
Hello I have experienced this twice already. I know exactly what you mean it hurts alot to eat and is made worse when you try to push it down with water. Fortunately this has only lasted about a day and then it has gone away. I havent figured out why this has happened but it sure is frightening. Guest guest
Hi Biljana and Black Shiny Dog' I have had something similar and I put it down to acid reflux which had 'burned' the lining of my E. I actually woke up to feel the acid flowing up into my throat and nose. I think sometimes we are not aware of reflux when we sleep. After eating something bland that coats your E like oats porridge, it was soothed but took a day or so for the irritation to go away.
