Not a vast improvement, but definitely helped. 2nd one - short time. 3rd one - I came back in 3 weeks later & they used a mercury weighted tube. That one lasted 3 months. Then I deteriorated, but was so sick of going in I decided not to do it again. Then I got very bad....regurging, aspirating, etc... So I begged for another test & they found that I had A. 4th one - just " enough " to tide me over to surgery...but honestly, the swallowing only improved for a few hours. Had a good lunch. The blessing was that the aspiration/vomitting decreased. Hope that helps. Cindi Quote
