Guest guest
Hi Kay, I have had the occasional day when I couldn't get any fluids or food down, but to live like that for several days must be absolutely horrible. How long has this been going on? Are you trying a completely bland diet? Have you been doing any heavy lifting? Plain cream of chicken soup works for me when I'm having a few rough days. I wish I could help you feel better. . hell weekend since my open surgery i have had problems with blood pressure. Never before.....but, my doctor tried me on hyzarr/ i now back t square one..my chest is killing me. liquid is so hard, my chest feels like it has no lining or something, i feel mow like i did before my surgery...they now have put me so far back..my body even tried to vomit. which, my dr said, i cannot, i feel so bad, all i can do is cry, and let this board help me understand, not many do...thanks for a good ear.. Guest guest
Sure we understand !!!! I do especially ! Please go and see your doctor and ask him to try another blood pressure pill. I was on one which cause me to have spasms - real NCCP with such a vengeance. When I stopped the pills the spasms wet away and I have never had them since. It was called CONCOR but it may have the same ingredients and action as the one you are on. The best ones are those that allow your blood vessels to relax - and that will benefit your LES as well. I find the presnet batch I am on the best after trying about 10 different kinds of pills. I am on Physiotens, Diovan and Nebilet. A mild, low dose antidepressant will also help you for the pain. Blood pressure pills can make you feel absolutely terrible, so it is important to find ones which have the least side effects for you. Persevere and nag until he puts you onto one which is OK. There is no need to feel so awful. When you get these pills sorted out and are able to relax a bit you may well find you are able to swallow better. When you have the blood pressure pills that suit you go back to your GI doc and talk to him. Perhaps just a dilatation is all you need to fix the problem. I sat and put off going back but I am sorry now I could have been OK a long time ago. Let us know how you are doing - we are here for you to cry or moan or yell !! BIG HUGS Joan hell weekend since my open surgery i have had problems with blood pressure.
