Thanks so much for your reply. It's so nice to hear someone else describe the gurgles and bleching issue. I thought maybe it was a malfuntion of my surgery! Sounds like it's something I'm going to have to learn to live with. Did it ever get any better for you? I have it every time I eat or drink anything. Nothing is getting stuck except the air.

Yes, I am going to start taking paxil My dr. sent me 10mg. tablets and he told me to continue with one of the meds I'm on now just until the paxil starts to work. I'm taking Levbid right now and it seems to be working fine for my spasms. It's just wreaking havoc with my eyes. I am going away for the 4th weekend so I'm going to wait on the paxil until I'm home. Don't want to have other issues and be a bother to the people I'm going away with. I sure hope they can tolerate my belching! Gee, I always thought I was such a lady before this. Now I couldn't care less who hears me, as long as I can get it out!

PS.. can anyone on Paxil tell me what dosage they are taking and if they started with 5 mg

or 10?

Deb - I'm on 12.5. Didn't think there was any less! I'm going to try to get on a smaller dose! Although mine are timed release....maybe those are only available in 12.5 & 25. Cindi

Cindi, from what I saw on the websites, 10mg is the smallest pill for Paxil and 12.5mg was the smallest for Paxil-CR.www.paxil.comorwww.paxilcr.comThere's a huge PDF file you can download on both sites called Prescribing Information.Pepto-DebDeb - I'm on 12.5. Pepto Deb - that makes sense because he said it was the lowest dose & it is new timed-release with less side effects. Cindi
