Bowallic Acid Question

I have a question about the Boswallic Acid.

I just recently started taking it (about 3 weeks ago) and I am not sure I am

taking the right dose.

What I am taking is Nature's Helper Brand

The bottle reads Boswellin from India--Maximum Boswellic Acids

It says that each pill has 250mg of Boswelia serraata Gum Extract (standarized

for 60% boswallic acid) Then on the front it says each pill contains 150mg

boswallic Acid. So my question is in the past I know 900mg was the recommended

dose in AM and PM for someone. Do I base my dose on the 250mg Gum extract or

the 150mg boswallic acid.

At the 900mg in morning and night in essence I am taking 8 of these a day so a 7

day supply is costing me 17.50. Any suggestions on where I might get it cheaper

or is this a decent deal. I am getting 50 pills for 17.50.
