Guest guest
Dr. Joe Mercola had an interesting headline that'll bring you up short. Can Orange Juice Cure Cancer? He says drinking a glass of orange juice a day may help prevent cancer. But that fruit juices should be avoided. He says the O.J. should be sugar-free for best health. http://www.mercola.com/current.htm My question: is he--and shouldn't he--be talking about fresh squeezed? And if we're talking about fresh squeezed, why isn't just peeling an orange and eating it your best bet?
Guest guest
Orange juice, among other things, contains vitamin C. See the work of Abram Hoffer, MD, on vitamin C plus a B vitamin and cancer. mjh
Guest guest
Good question about oranges, Cherie. I like your logic. I hope someone has a logical reply. Bob B.
