I thought that if you cleaned up the claims and wording that you would be able to distribute the nutrients as just that...nutrients and not meds. You have to be extremely careful as to how you word things with the medical nazi's poking around.

Unless he is considered to be a terrorist (and the FDA wouldn't be involved, the FBI would) he is entitled to a speedy trial etc. He needs a good lawyer. I would contact the ACLU. In fact, call Phil Kaplan at 212-807-9733 for a referral to a lawyer that can set this situation right.
Guest guest
Hi Tabetha, What kind of products did you offer and why did they shut you down? Just curious. Guest guest
For a list of products...please see: www.altcancer.com They claimed we mislabeling (we used our Bahamas address instead of our Louisiana address - we had offices in both locations), and selling battery acid re: H3O - please read our main page for a more details on why they shut us down. However, we were not the only company that they shut down. Last year alone, they shut down well over 450 other alternative companies and took millions of dollars worth of alternative products to destroy it all. So much for freedom of choice. Guest guest
Wasn't the problem that there were medical claims made that the FDA felt to be medical practice without a license? I thought that if you cleaned up the claims and wording that you would be able to distribute the nutrients as just that...nutrients and not meds. You have to be extremely careful as to how you word things with the medical nazi's poking around. - we made no medical claims. We had disclaimers all over the site to let everyone know that our products were not to cure, treat or prevent any illness. However, our wording was on the border. But - they actually raided us on the recommendation of an ex-partner (who was forced out of the company for stealing, counterfieting, child pornography and child molestation accusations). The assumed since we had corporate offices off-shore that we also had off-shore accounts (wrong) and that we were avoiding taxes (wrong). They took the man who had not been here since the late 90's and who had been arrested for child pornography rings and didn't even give us a warning letter. They arrested our herbalist on a technicality (gun possession) and has held him with out bail or bond for 8 months now. We hope that our issues with the FDA can be resolved asap, but it isn't as simple as cleaning up our wording and changing the labels. We will most likely have to move back out of the country to reopen.
