I have found that eating squash and pumpkin greatly reduces diarrhea. It is

very high in fiber and just seems to work very well to bind. Also, slippery

elm bark is very soothing to the intestional tract.

Hi,

Diarrhea is a problem and might be reduced by spreading the items

throughout the day instead of too much at once. Too much Spirulina or vitamin C

can

cause diarrhea. Charcoal tablets may help reduce this. If it were me I would

reduce the intake to

a level that does not cause this problem too much. Also ask your health

professional

about Bentonite or charcoal for diarrhea.

Even if one was a healthy person, a sudden change to this type of diet could

cause some diarrhea.
