Hi, Diarrhea is a problem and might be reduced by spreading the items throughout the day instead of too much at once. Too much Spirulina or vitamin C can cause diarrhea. Charcoal tablets may help reduce this. If it were me I would reduce the intake to a level that does not cause this problem too much. Also ask your health professional about Bentonite or charcoal for diarrhea.
