I'm wondering if anyone can refer me to a family law attorney or an angency for

a post divorce decree issue that may specialize or be familiar with child

support issues for children with disabilities. I live in the south suburbs but

the case was filed years ago in Cook County.

Today, I sat in a training with Rubin.  He should be able to help.  He

discussed the divorce issue.  If not, I'm sure he can refer you to someone

good.

I lectured last week in Chicago, today downstate in ville, to Divorce

Attorneys not what they need to know about Child Supports impact on SSI and

Medicaid without a 1st party, OBRA Special Needs Trust, for IICLE (Illinois

Institute for Continuing Legal Education). Whomever you hire, if they email me

at brian@..., I can forward to them my " handout " and materials from

the presentation, which has all of the information/explanation.
