Guest guest
, Great post. I also recommend stopping all soft drinks, white flour (carbos and other problems), and aspartame. A clean colon is also important. During Radiation Therapy you may need to put the good bacteria back in your colon. Waste removal very important for good health. If the waste does not leave it will be reabsorbed. Let's talk about removing waste in the body. The body is around 70 percent water. Yet many people drink little or no water each day. This causes dehydration. When your body is dehydrated you cannot remove all the liquid waste in the body. (your body weight) / 2 = (min water you should drink) How many meals do you eat each day? Lets say you eat 2 meals and 1 snack each day. To make it simple we will say that a meal is when you eat to provide energy for the body. Since most snacks have many carbohydrates we will call snacks meals to make it easy for everyone. Lets say you eat 3 meals per day and have 1 bowel movement per day. Some people have less and some have more but this is a good place to start. Think about each meal having trash after it is used and placed in its own trash bag. The trash is taken out 1 time per day and you have created 3 trash bags of trash. Where is the waste going? 365 days times 3 meals = 1095 waste cycles per year 365 days times 1 removal = 365 waste removals per year 1095 waste cycles per year – 365 waste removals per year = 730 waste removals left per year in the colon. > > > First off, there is no evidence of any kind > > > whatsoever that vitamins and minerals can do this > >I believe there are a few exceptions, such as iron. > > Cancer eats sugar.. so lay off the sugars, sweets, and carbos.
