Guest guest
Hi Hannah, I'm sorry you don't feel as if anyone is talking to you and hope you know that people are 'listening' to you by way of reading your emails. There are a lot of people who read but don't write. I guess the other thing is that we have a lot of parents of children as opposed to younger people like yourself and don't always know how to respond. It's tough enough being a 13 year old girl - not to mention having BPES. Is there any specific question you want people to answer? Like how they felt growing up? How did they deal with questions? What did they do when it came time for makeup? etc? Or did you just want to chat with someone who has BPES? My 8 year old son Keaton has BPES and this group didn't exist back then so I'm learning so much. Keaton doesn't go on-line at all as he's usually playing with his Game Boy, Transformers and Lego - not that much in common with a 13 year old girl. You can always email me or the group though. I hope you feel better after reading this email and remember, as Bryonny pointed out, there are a bunch of people to whom you can turn to for support along with talking to your parents. Take care. el.
