Guest guest
Hi Lucy Just a quick note to say I'm so glad everything went well with Hollys operation. I can't wait to see the photographs of her. Grace was due to have her tear ducts operated on last week but it was cancelled a few days before. Hopefully we will get another date before Christmas. Hope you have a lovely relaxing holiday - you certainly do deserve it! Love Nicola and Grace. Lucy Chidgey <lcgosport@...> wrote: Hello everybody!! Just a quick note to let everyone know that Holly had her first eye lift at Moorfields Eye Hospital on Monday 4th and everything went very well. She has bounced back very quickly and we all love her beautiful blue eyes now. The surgeon Mr Collin has done a fantastic job and they look really good. I will post photos as soon as I can. All she has to take is antibiotics for one week and eye cream before bedtime. We are off on holiday next week which will be a much needed break. The only thing Holly won't be able to do is go swimming but no hard ship there!! Oh yes and one spooky thing. We met and Wayne (members of this support group) at Moorfields because their daughter was having one eye re-lifted by Mr Collin. s operation was just before Holly. It was really great to have there because it was extra support for us due to going though the same things. Thanks again !! Anyway must dash....will post some photos soon but also hope to see you at the London get together on 24th Sept. Guest guest
Hi Lucy, So glad everything went well! I'd love to see a picture of Holly. Not sure if you remember me or not...We have girls about the same age, was born in March 2005. She had her lids lifted this year in January. Those big blue eyes are wonderful, aren't they! Guest guest
Hi Lucy I was just thinking about Holly- so glad it all went well. I'd love to see some photos. Bipin will be going through exactly the same on 25th, so really encouraging to know that you had a good experience. Are you finding that Holly is scratching or rubbing her eyes or anything? Take care Tessa > > Hello everybody!! > > Just a quick note to let everyone know that Holly had her first eye lift at Moorfields Eye Hospital on Monday 4th and everything went very well. > > She has bounced back very quickly and we all love her beautiful blue eyes now. Guest guest
Hi Lucy I was thinking of you and Holly on the 4th. I'm glad that it went well, Holly was in good hands. I have had a busy few weeks as Kirsten had surgery to her palate at the end of August as well as starting in reception this week. Oh, and we moved house! I am looking forward to reading loads of everyone's news over the next few days. We unfortunately won't be making it to the London get together as we have a family commitment. I was really hoping to squeeze it in and am really disappointed. All the best for Holly's continued speedy recovery.
