Hello there; new to the group!

My nearly newborn kid has jst been diagnosed with BPES and we are

looking into treatments, and I read about Trans-nasal wiring surgery ...

Can someone tell me something about how that surgery works, and do any

of you have some before/after pics regarding that surgery?
