Guest guest
PAUL, Sending you a big hug!!! Looks like you're getting " it " ??? Be SURE to make that appointment at the naturapathic clinic and let us know how that visit went. I know you will be suprised with what they have to say compared to your other MD drs. I know we're hard on you sometimes, but we really do care about you, . Hang in there!! (MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) M J Purcell <freelightexpress cures for AIDS @juno.com> cc: Subject: just want 2 B well........... 04/21/2004 12:19 PM Please respond to cures for AIDS Hi all, My only concern now is keeping immune system strong while fighting cancer. It feels good to be off the sustiva (which put me in the ER).....but dr. wants me to start back on the other 2 meds - Epivir and Viread....plus the Batrim....to prevent PCP. WEll......actually I could have reacted to the Bactrim as well during my last severe reaction - it might not have been 'just' the sustiva. So...where does that leave me? I could choose 'not' to take any hiv meds or antibiotics(particularly Batrim) during my chemo treatments.....and do all I can to naturally maintain immunity. I did make an appt. for the Portland Alternative healing center(ND school affiliate) but had a chemo emergency and had to cancel. I will arrange for a 'naturopathic appt.'/assessment for my 'hiv'/'lymphoma' issues. In the meantime......I am staying off the drugs. My dr. who is more hiv science based....will honor my decision...and hope for the best.......despite his prognosis of my case. Right now I am dealing with constipation of the worst kind and painful bowel movements from the chemo and anti-nausea meds - I eat lots of fiber and still problems - gotten Senna and stool softeners to help. I know I have to make my own decisions here......and I want to make the best ones, thats all. Thanks to each of you. paul On Wed, 21 Apr 2004 06:57:41 EDT aidsisover@... writes: > Sorry about that last (no) reply.... > > , > > All the drugs suck. The whole medical approach sucks. Guest guest
For constipation take vitamin C and more Vitamin C until you have diarrhea (I use to take 12 grams), then ease back. No one should EVER suffer constipation. Sandi
