Guest guest
Hi All, Just went in for my routine 'bloodletting' (labs)....hehe. I have been taking tribulus terrestris for a month and should be able to see if taking it has boosted my testosterone levels. I dont know if these levels affect libido? anyone? I have done fine sexually otherwise....but just wondered if test. levels affect libido. Anyways....I shall report back details on the tribulus terrestris benefits if any. Also....my blood levels I suspect will be similar - I seem to be fairly level - maybe t-cells from 100 - 200 are my norm - it appears to be at this point. V-loads continue to be below 25,000. So go figure. I recently had a tooth break - the filling fell out and the tooth became brittle/weak - infact have had 2 teeth so far do this! - So...have to likely go in and get the roots pulled out - not sure can save the tooth...as the top parts have broken off. May have to remold my upper partial to fill in these other 2 teeth. My health plan recently dropped dental coverage....so I have to go look at some clinics or the dental school here that has discount services. I have no fear of an hiv virus - just taking care of health as any other human being would living on this wonderful earth. Glad to be alive and well after 2-3 years of testing poz - whatever that means. Be well all, paul

How much longer do you plan to play their games, be their unpaid guinea pig? Anyway, glad to hear you feeling better. Ed
Guest guest
I have been putting off going to see the dentist, too. I switched to a home-made toothpaste consisting of equal parts baking soda and salt, with Hydrogen Peroxide as the fluid, and have seen a great improvement in several areas. Doesn't fix cavities, though. I wish that individual who posted months ago about how all his fillings had popped out as his teeth regenerated could convince me he wasn't making it all up. Imagine... no more dentists!~! What a wonderful fantasy... - > > > I wonder if Ed also avoids dentists like he does doctors. Have a friend willing to pay the $20 to $30,000 it will probably cost for some implants, but I keep putting it off. I know they drill and fill much more they have to. All my old metal fillings came out on their own. Likewise for a couple of root canals. Here's an interesting health site. Thank you! --lou & dr. bob _www.wynman.com_ (http://www.wynman.com/) ____________________________________ hi, i wrote this. if u feel it would be of benefit to publish, post or discuss at a potluck, please feel free. madelyn Ten Important Natural Hygiene Updates Since the inception of natural hygiene education, the most pure and pristine science of health that exists in the world with the highest level of integrity, many professionals and lay people have come together to share their research and experiences with the intention of enhancing the natural hygiene ideal. I have taken the opportunity to summarize what I personally believe to be important findings, disclosures and exceptions so that they may be shared with all my natural hygiene and raw friends for their information and evaluation with the intent of empowering natural hygiene and those who embrace its path: 1) The causes of disease in natural hygiene may be expanded from toxemia and enervation to include deficiency. 2) There is no such thing as one diet for all. What one man thrives on, another man is destroyed by. The appropriate diet for a person depends on many factors including genetics, climate, disposition, activity level, ethics and so on. Natural hygiene encompasses immutable laws and many tenets which are all equally as important as diet. But when it comes to diet.....it is more important to consume live, unprocessed, chemical free foods; prepare them in manner to maximize enzyme activity; not overeat; chew food thoroughly; be sure to get adequate vitamins, minerals and sunshine as nutrition does not work in isolation; eat in digestive friendly combinations for easier assimilation and to conserve energy; eat only when hungry; learn to tune into those foods the body needs; include all necessary types of foods in your diet to avoid deficiency......than whether you follow a paleo, vegetarian, vegan or instincto diet. 3) A vegan diet may put some at high risk for b12 and other deficiencies. Not all deficiencies are reversible. It is recommended to my vegan friends that you get your B12 and homocysteine levels tested at regular intervals as well as ensure consumption of necessary fatty acids. A vegan diet may put babies and children at high risk of impaired development and disease. 4) To avoid dehydration, it is important for some, especially those living in warm climates who are active, to drink water in addition to eating a water sufficient diet comprised of many fruits and vegetables. 5) While fresh fruit is loaded with vitamins, the sugar and acid when over-consuming fruit can play havoc with blood sugar levels, cause tooth decay, expedited gum recession and lead to other health problems. 6) While natural hygiene recognizes the immeasurable benefits of fasting to restore health, it is also of utmost importance to recognize that fasting is contraindicated and can prove fatal under certain conditions for a number of illnesses. Fasting is also not endorsed for people who binge and then fast to detoxify in a ' feasting/fasting syndrome'. 7) The immutable laws and tenets of natural hygiene hold unchallengeable truths and can bring forth many miracles of restored health. However, followers should be cautioned in their interpretation. Interpreting information in isolation based upon incomplete detail and history could be dangerous. 8) While natural hygienists acknowledge that all drugs are poisons, drugs may be necessary under certain conditions (e.g. when there occurs failure of an organ, necessity to transplant an organ, surgical removal of a bullet, etc.) 9) While natural hygienists recognize that supplementation is not natural or endorsed, supplementation may be necessary under certain conditions for the short term (e.g. a B12 deficiency develops and the person can/will not consume animal foods due to ethical, moral or religious beliefs) 10) Natural Hygiene is a path each individual walks according to his/her understanding, experience and capacity at that moment in time. No one should expect more of a person that he/she can do. (for example, if a person has dental problems and can not chew well and wishes to steam vegetables in addition to blending and juicing, that would be acceptable for that person in that point in time). Many blessings, Madelyn Krystal Hill
