Guest guest Posted August 9, 2000 Report Share Posted August 9, 2000 I opted not to have our 5th child receive the Vit K shot and she was our first child to not have an ounce of Jaundace. It was wonderful. I never heard about not cutting the cord until later. I'll have to do some more research on that on. I've always had hospital births and I wonder why the doctors are so clueless on so many things when a simpleton like myself can figure these things out with minor research.
