Guest guest Posted February 11, 2012 Report Share Posted February 11, 2012 Carol, let me explain: when you go to the Spanish website by clicking on the link provided by me you will see a page featuring Erfa Thyroid....at the bottom on the right it will have a 'button' and on it you will see 'Buy online'.... well, if you click on the button it will take you to their online shop, HOWEVER, in their online shop you CANNOT find Erfa, NOR Armour thyroid, that is why I have emailed them! In my email I pointed this out to them, they replied to me this morning and said they could ship the Erfa to me, quoting me the prices I said in my post (see below). I think the prices are out of this world and I would not be prepared to pay that much that is why I have provided people on the forum with a very reasonable alternative for Nature-Throid which is a very good NDT. I do know for personal reasons some people may not like to use Nature-Throid or may not 'get on with it' (get the results they need), but if they can use it then that is a good alternative prescription free. I have used them REGULARLY for 2 years with no problems whatsoever, I always pay by credit card, never had a problem with my payments and the 'goods' always arrived to me as described (in 10 ten days to 21 max) in very good shape, sealed and with at least a year to go for the expiry date they always tell you on the web-site what expiry date they ship and they always (in my experience) say the truth. I have e-mailed them a couple of times with questions and they replied promptly, they do provide a phone number too but have not had a reason to use it (yet). PS do they have a .vu internet address they used to have a .com one until just over a year and a half ago when I first used to shop with them Though I can't offer a money back guarantee on their behalf I can say to you that 'I personally have not found them dodgy but very reliable' and I hope that others if others choose to buy anything from there will have the same experience as me.
