Every person is different and there is no set time for how long to take iodine. ( With our environment so toxic, I plan to take it daily for the rest of my life.) A great website for helping the body overcome candida/yeast/mold, is www.knowthecause.com . Doug Kaufmann has many years of experience in this area and besides his anti-fungal diet, he also recommends Lugol's along with other important materials for good health.

Have you read the New Member doc., you were sent when you joined? If you didn’t save it, please go to Files, then New Member doc., then Commonly Asked Questions. You will learn much there. I read those Questions over again every month to refresh myself. Please make sure that when you are taking iodine, you are also taking the companion nutrients which are talked about there.

Iodine for candida and other infections

Hi, I'm new to the group and am wanting to use Iodoral to treat candida and other possible infections. Does anyone know what the approximate therapeutic dose would be for that and how long I would take it? If anyone has a link to an Iodoral protocol that would be great.Thanks,
