Guest guest Posted December 5, 2011 Report Share Posted December 5, 2011 Just starting another thread - I 'thought' that our hormones put out at 3.45am the cortisol, thyroid etc ready for the day ahead. Do you have any insight into that ? I love to take my thyroid meds at night and personally found better absorption . I take 20mcg T3 and 60mcg erfa - before hCG was 60mcg T3 and 4grain ERFA due to unnecessary RAI 131 - EndoPRATs !!!! F Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
