Guest guest
Wow, so after all my posts today about shoppers drug mart my US full orchestra shipment came in today. Needless to say II am just going to jump into the 7% one that I ordered and save the 5% Medisca for when I run out. Anyway, I have a couple questions for everyone. When I was taking the 50 mg idoral I was crushing the pill and swallowing with water. Didn't notice detox nor side effects. Tonight I started with 17 drops in an 8 ounce glass of water. Each drop works out to be 7.25mg of combined iodine. Works out to be about 125mg total. I want to up this to 200 or more. Anyway what I wanted to report is I found, even diluting it in water the taste was super strong. Like I was drinking from a pool or something. Also I found when I was drinking it, it kind of burned a little on the way down. Is this normal? The 50mg pill didn't seem to do that. The burning has gone down but my throat is still a little sensitive. I really dont think I have an allergy as I spilt some on my hand and felt nothing and when I was taking the pills I felt nothing. Is anyone breaking up the doses over a few glasses of water to make it even more dilute? Has anyone had the burning feeling before? It felt a little like heart burn of the throat. Second, I am taking 400mg of Magnesium, 200mg of Selenium, 1 tbsp of sea salt. And I wasn't taking vitamin C before because of a conflicting medication but im off that now so how much vitamin C can I be on again? Is there any other pills or vitamins I should be taking. I am getting some milk thistle also so I can help my liver do its thing and was told a little lemon juice will help my body digest the iodine. If anyone has any other tips I missing please let me know. Also should I be taking this with meals? Ben
