24 hour urine free cortisol

Hi Sheila

I noticed you just talked to another member about a normal 24 hr urine cortisol

result. My doctor told me they are only useful to rule out Cushings, so I have

no idea whether mine was OK. My recent results were:

Cortisol Excretion 81 nmol/d (54 – 319)

Could you enlighten me?
