I liked Dr. Brownstein's books but also liked

Though I am only half way through this book I found a lot of useful

I wouldn't go to Amazon. I would purchase from his site at

www.drbrownstein.com and the latest edition is " of course " what you should

get as he adds a lot of more information each time he updates.
