Guest guest Posted March 9, 2001 Report Share Posted March 9, 2001 i am so impressed by all of you very young moms and how well informed you are about this whole issue. i had my first two kids while still in college (i was 19), and i was such an idiot, never questioning any doctor, letting them inject things into my kids. the hib vax was newly approved when my babies were young. they didn't even ask... just came in and jabbed and told me later what it was. good for you all for researching this. my biggest gripe with people in this whole vax debate is that it seems only those who choose not to vax or at least delay and pick/choose, those are the only people that bother to research this. i get into the most heated debates with people who have never read a thing. they have no idea what they are talking about. most think vax programs guarantee 100% immunity. why do you suppose that is??? doesn't it seem that most people research buying a dishwasher more thoroughly than the vax issue? ~kari (mom to 15 yo, 13 yo, 7 month old... guess who hogs most of my time???) __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
