Guest guest
You should start to feel an improvement but if your body is screaming out for some form of thyroid hormone replacement then perhaps improvement will not be seen until you start that. What is your next move? Starting Nutri Thyroid, or going directly onto thyroid hormone replacement? Luv - Sheila I'm currently on 3 NAX, will be starting NT next week (with the NAX increasing to 4 and adding 1 a week till I get to max doseage (6)) my question is how do you know when you're on the right dose of NAX? I've not seen any improvement yet (symptoms/temp/pulse) but I was putting that down to the fact Ive not started Thyroid support yet? My ASI showed low cortisol but not drastically so, although Dr P did tell me I chose a testing day that was too sedentary and therefore not a totally accurate reflection of my adrenals, so it could be worse. Will I actually see an improvement? or will I only feel it when I'm on a good dose of thyroid support? No virus found in this message. Guest guest
I'm following Dr Ps protocol so next step is Nutri Thyroid, but he told me that before he saw my latest blood results, so I'm not sure if that will change things? I have written to him with my latest results, which he should have received a week ago, and am waiting to hear back what his thoughts are. In the meantime I thought I'd ask here as I could order some NDT in ready if need be because it will take a while to arrive. FT4 15.6 (12-22) FT3 3.9 (3.0-6.2) will they pick up on NT alone? or should I get the NDT on order in anticipation of needing it?
