Guest guest Posted November 26, 2007 Report Share Posted November 26, 2007 Hi Jackie! Welcome to IPADDU. My son has already transition from school to the adult world. He turned 21 last March. Though his transition wasn't too traumatic, there are things I know now that I wish I had known sooner. Do you have a worksheet or guide that you recommend families use, especially in the final year of school to help organize and focus the process? Also, besides school personnel, family members, the Independent Service Coordination Agency caseworker (that is the gatekeeper to funding in Illinois), who would you recommend involving in the final year or years of transition to adulthood?
