Interesting new finding Zavie.

Some people on Gleevec who were not getting a good response and did not

have bad side effects were purposely drinking grapefruit juice to boost the

Gleevec. Dr. Druker used to just warn that you would not want to drink

grapefruit juice if you were already having bad side effects with Gleevec.

For a period of time in the past I would purposely drink grapefruit

juice with my Gleevec. I had no side effects from Gleevec, so the

side effects didn't accelerate. I haven't done so for quite a long

time now, but never thought grapefruit juice was a problem for me.
