Amen. What I gained on Gleevec can't loose it.

I've been on Gleevec for almost 4 years and I have not lost any

weight. My weight seems to have stabilized & is not going up. It

seems like the people who have lost weight have done it by going to

Weight Watchers and exercising and really working hard to get the

weight off.

I started Gleevec in August of 2000 and quickly gained 50 pounds.

If I exercise my butt off and eat very little I can get to the lower

end of a 10 pound range, if I eat whatever I want and do nothing

else I rise to the upper end of that range. I asked my onc what I

could do to lose it and he told me if I figure it out we will write

a book and ger very rich.
