BMS trial Mayo

Hi all,

I just wanted to update you on my trip to Mayo in ville. I saw a

Dr. Roy. He was very through and nice. He Informed me that a BMS trial

is starting here in 2 weeks. He recommends I go on it. I need some

feedback from some of you on BMS. I have not had a pcr since I upped my

Gleevec to 800mg. I was going to see about going to Moffit, but I liked

him very much and of course he encourged me if I wanted. I know you

told me you were on BMS.

Hi Joan,

If you want to follow people who are on the phase 2 BMS trials, then go to

Jerry's site....

and click on BMS Discussion.

When you start the trial, you would do a prescreening that would include a

bone marrow biopsy

for cytogenetics and a pcr..........Then if you meet the trial criteria,

and I am not exactly sure what

they are for the trial starting there, you usually start the trial a week

later.

Oh, yeah.........when you look on Jerry's site, look for posts by Leah, she

just started BMS at
