Guest guest
Hi - interesting experience. For most of us, calcium (Ca) is quite effective of stopping or at least decreasing the cramps, but perhaps it works differently in your system. Have you tried using magnesium (Mg), 400U/day, with or without the calcium? For my first couple of years on IM I required both Mg and Ca to keep my cramps at bay. For whatever reason, I now do fine now with 600 - 1200mg of Ca alone. Which is a relief, because Mg made the IM diarrhea worse.
